Rolling Pin Kitchen Emporium Presents:  A Taste of…”Sicily”

The last Friday of each month is the Rolling Pin's "A
Taste of ... " food and wine pairing event.  The menu features foods and wines of
different countries or regions from around the globe. Chef Dave West and Wine
Specialist Marc Wagner will discuss each course's pairings. Please register, as
with all classes, in advance!

Tonight's Wine Tasting Menu:

• Sicilian Eggplant Spread
  with Crostini
• Yukon Gold Potato and
  Tubetti Pasta Soup with Mascarpone
• Sicilian Meatballs
• Cassata Cake with Whipped
  Cream and Strawberries
