Wok Chi Grand Opening Community Celebration to Benefit the Brandon Sports and Aquatic Center

Brandon, FL (date) -- Wok Chi, the new, fresh, casual Chinese restaurant opening in Regency Square in Brandon, is hosting a Grand Opening Community Celebration to benefit the Brandon Sports and Aquatic Center (BSAC). One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit BSAC Children’s Summer Camp
programs.
        
“We are very excited to be partnering with the Brandon Sports and Aquatic Center,” said Rahul Chaubal, vice president of operations of Wok Chi. “The center has been impacting lives of families throughout the Tampa Bay area daily for the past 50 years, and we applaud their efforts in providing children with meaningful athletic programs.”
         
The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 11 from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Tickets are available for $15 per person; $10 for children (12 and under). Each guest will enjoy a delicious wok-seared stir-fry, authentic dim sum, specialty beverages and a Wok Chi signature dessert. Live entertainment will also be featured. Reservations can be made by calling BSAC at 813-689-0908. Walk-ins are also welcomed.

welcoming this great new restaurant concept to our community and continuing our partnership.” 
           
Located at 2420 W. Brandon Blvd. in Brandon, Wok Chi will serve authentic, pan-regional Chinese food cooked to order by wok masters. Guests will enjoy the fresh flavors of wok-seared cooking, stir fry, dim sum and signature desserts. The restaurant will offer a fun, interactive experience that honors tradition while embracing contemporary style.      

Wok Chi will officially open its doors for business on Monday, May 13. It will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Takeout will be available as well.
