Your Summer Passport to Exciting Culinary Destinations

This summer you can travel the culinary world without leaving home. All you have to do is drive to The Table on beautiful Phillippi Creek, pull up a chair and book yourself passage to some of the most exciting food cities in the world. Creative chefs Pedro Flores and Rafael Manzano have organized a global summer menu that transports you to famous food destinations such Barcelona, the French Rivera and Venice.  The Summer Global Tour is available from Sunday through Thursday, June through September. 

You’re invited to visit any of five popular culinary destinations. In each country, you’ll be served a trio of entrees for $19.95. That’s in American dollars, not Euros. And there’s even a US destination on this exclusive Table Global Tour. It features distinctive American regional recipes represented by Pork and Collard Greens, Farmer’s Country Chicken and Yankee Pot Roast. If France is your destination, you’ll be delighted with Duck Confit, Steak au Poivre and Escargot Pasta. Of course, each trio comes with appropriate sides. For instance, when you land in Venice your authentic Veal Picatta will be served with roasted orzo risotto. When touring the cosmopolitan port city of Barcelona, your Rioja Braised Ox Tail is accompanied by garbanzo potato cassoulet. For every Table Global Tour, you’ll sample three entrees for just $19.95.

The Table mixologists are ready to suggest just the right cocktail from their new infused continental collection before dinner and exactly the right wine that will enhance your trio of dishes from whatever country you choose for your magical culinary adventure. And, there’s an extra incentive to traveling with The Table. It’s called the Summer Passport. Collect eight passport stamps (one per entree purchased) and be included in a special raffle for valuable prizes. One is a five-course dinner for two.  

The restaurant also offers Happy Hour daily from 4 to 6:30 p.m. and features five specialty Table beverages for $5 each and eight small plates for just $5 each. Mix and match, share them or snare them all for yourself. These Table treats are available in the lounge and bar only, an intimate space with a view to the creek designed for relaxation and socializing.
