Brandon Regional Library Closing Temporarily
Center Place will also be shut down for a few days as Hillsborough County does some work in the parking lot.

BRANDON, FL — Brandon area book lovers will want to keep a few dates in mind as next week approaches.
Hillsborough County has announced that the Brandon Regional Library is closing to the public on Tuesday, May 10, and will remain shuttered through the morning of May 14. The temporary closing is being staged to accommodate a repaving of the 619 Vonderburg Drive’s parking lot. The county says Center Place will also be closed during this time for repaving.
Patrons will find that the drop-off bins for library materials will also be unavailable during the closing, the county said in an email to media. Drop offs, however, can be made at any other county library location.
For those with books on request, they’ll have to wait until the Brandon location reopens, county officials said.
