Brandon Toddler Dies After Being Struck By SUV Driven By Father
A toddler was killed Tuesday night when he was accidentally run over by his father in the parking lot of the Waffle House in Brandon.

BRANDON, FL -- A toddler was killed Tuesday night when he was accidentally run over by his father in the parking lot of the Waffle House in Brandon.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, the boy's parents were leaving the Waffle House at 1412 State Road 60 in Brandon around 9:45 p.m. on March 12. Each parent thought the other had placed the child in their 2007 Chevy Tahoe when the father, Guillermo Junior Montoya Rios, 29, of Glendale Drive backed out of a parking space, striking the child with the right front tire
Three-year-old Jeremiah Rios suffered severe head injuries and was pronounced dead at Brandon Regional Hospital.
