Brandon Winn-Dixie Celebrates Refreshed Look And Newly Expanded Offerings With Tasting Events This Fall

Winn-Dixie has freshened up its Brandon store, located at 179 Bloomingdale Avenue, and invites neighbors to check out its new look and newly expanded offerings during a series of tasting events this fall. New services and enhanced offerings include expanded deli selections with convenient, grab-and-go meal options, an enhanced produce department with expanded organics and fresh cut fruits, and expanded selections in the bakery, in addition to facade improvements featuring a cleaner, more modern look. 

“Customers are already raving about the exciting changes at our Brandon store,” said Joey Medina, regional vice president, Winn-Dixie Stores. “With expanded product offerings and new services, we’re confident that this refreshed store will provide our Brandon neighbors with an even better shopping experience every time they visit.” 

Customers will immediately notice the enhancements throughout the store. The store now features an expanded deli department offering shoppers even more choices when it comes to freshly prepared foods to-go. An all-new in-line chicken wing bar, custom-made sandwich shop, granite hot bar, barbecue bar  and grab-and-go salad case, provide shoppers quick (and delicious) meal solutions, while more choices of meats and cheeses in deli case complement the store’s enhanced deli offerings. The store has also added a larger assortment of specialty cheeses.

Additional store enhancements include an expanded selection of organics in the produce department, as well as a large assortment of fresh cut fruit. The bakery department has added an all new specialty cake case. Shoppers can also take advantage of a larger assortment of natural and organic products.

In addition to the enhanced offerings and expanded services, the Brandon store showcases Winn-Dixie’s latest design concepts and features a warm, vibrant color palate and polished wood flooring and new display cases in the produce department. The store also features renovated restrooms and a fresh coat of paint throughout.

As part of the special tasting event, customers will enjoy an afternoon of wine and cheese tastings, tasting stations highlighting new store features including enhanced deli selections and meal options, as well as live entertainment, giveaways and more. Additionally, the first 100 people will receive a $25 Winn-Dixie gift card (while supplies last).

Meet the Manager

The Brandon Winn-Dixie store has undergone some exciting changes and is inviting shoppers to meet their neighborhood store team during “Meet the Manager”.  As part of the ongoing renovation celebration, customers will enjoy delicious food tastings, a meet and greet with the store managers, live entertainment, giveaways and more. Shoppers will also have the chance to win a $100 Winn-Dixie gift card.
