Deputies Give Confused Resident Lift Home
After visiting the CVS Pharmacy and Speedway gas station, this Valrico resident couldn't find his way back home so deputies gave him a lift.

BRANDON, FL -- On Sunday, this Florida native decided to take a stroll to the CVS pharmacy and then stop off at the Speedway gas station on State Road 60 and South Valrico Road when he got confused and couldn't find his way home.
Always willing and ready to help the citizens of the community, Deputies Casey Lehman, Curtis Fluellen and Paulius Grikenas along with Master Sgt. Jeff Massaro offered to give the guy a ride home in a Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputy's cruiser. They posted a video on Twitter showing the gator getting an escort back to his home pond.
Fortunately, one of the deputies was trained by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission on the correct handling of gators. They tied his mouth shut before loading him in the cruiser and safely taking him home.
