The focus of this program is to build on and improve communication between mothers and daughters. Both Mothers and Daughters participate in this workshop. Our goal is to increase the confidence they have in one another, develop further trust with one another and encourage a long term strong relationship with one another. The program meets for two hours once a week for 4 weeks. We will be offering these classes individually or if you would like to attend all 4 weeks with your daughter, we provide a discount. All Girls Circle programs follow a specific format that involves group discussions, individual reflection & writing exercises along with a creative activity.
