FLORIDA RETAIL PARTNERS BROKERS BRICKHOUSE CARDIO CLUB LEASE

TAMPA, FL — Florida Retail Partners, an X Team partner brokered a 2,080 square foot lease for Brickhouse Cardio Club at Kingsway Plaza in Brandon. Franchisee Sandra Budel intends to open the workout studio franchise in October. This is the 2ndTampa Bay location for the West Virginia based club which specializes in group fitness classes. The deal was brokered by Pattie DeWitt of Florida Retail Partners and co-broker Chelsea Drinkard of Office Space Brokers. The 78,000 square foot retail center which is anchored by Dollar Tree is located at the corner of Kingsway Rd and Windhorst Ave in Brandon.

Brickhouse Cardio Brandon will offer group fitness classes, such as: Zumba, Body Combat, Insanity, Silver Sneakers, and more.
