Hillsborough Sheriff Seeks Help Identifying 7-Eleven Robber
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is seeking help to identify a man who robbed a 7-Eleven on U.S. 301 on April 2.
BRANDON, FL -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is seeking help to identify a man who robbed a 7-Eleven on U.S. 301 on April 2.
At 4:25 a.m. April 2, a man walked into the 7-Eleven at 1902 U.S. 301 North between Broadway Avenue and Adamo Drive and asked for a pack of cigarettes.
As the clerk placed the cigarettes on the counter, the man pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun with a red laser and pointed it at the clerk, demanding money from the register. The clerk complied, and the suspect fled the scene in a newer-model black four-door Honda sedan with silver rims. The car was last seen driving west on East Broadway Avenue approaching the East Columbus Drive and East Broadway Avenue fork.

The robber is described as white, 35 to 45 years old with black and gray beard stubble, a medium build and large belly. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, cargo shorts and flip flops.
