PLANT CITY- The Fall/Winter Concert Season is in full swing for the Plant City Community Chorale. Under the artistic direction of Claudia Liliana Becerra Bolan᷈o, the Chorale is preparing for their October performance titled “The Language of Music”. The music consists of 20th-21st Century Composers and will include a variety of pieces sung in French, Spanish and possibly an “invented” language; a Spiritual, and other life/love songs. Since January, the Chorale has grown from 14 members to its current membership of 39. Bolan᷈o’s passion for music, combined with her Master skills in conducting, make the performances unmatched. The music is inspiring, uplifting, fun, and most of all…memorable. “The Language of Music” will be performed on Friday, October 23, 7:30 pm at First Presbyterian Church, 404 West Reynolds St in Plant City. Advance tickets are $10/Adults and $8/Seniors, Children and Students. Tickets are available from Chorale members and online at www.pccchorale.org.
