Lorraine held senior management positions in Fortune 100 and 500 companies in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Florida. She hired, developed and mentored staff, developing global marketing communications and branding. 

Skills acquired in her corporate life transitioned well to opening her own business, Florida Pastels, in 2008. She is an award-winning artist working in pastel, acrylic and oil, and is represented in local galleries. She is also on the faculty of the Dunedin Fine Art Center, Life Enrichment Center in Tampa, and teaches acrylic painting at Canvas Zoo's “Create and Cabernet” workshops.
