Man Freed From Prison Robs Store Less Than 24 Hours Later, Cops Say
The Hillsborough County man is back behind bars less than two days after his release.

A 37-year-old man faces armed robbery charges after Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies say he robbed a convenience store less than 24 hours after getting out of state prison.
The incident that led to the man’s most recent arrest took place Monday around 12:05 a.m. at RaceTrac, 11703 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Deputies say a man walked into the Seffner store, approach the clerk, brandished a knife and demanded money. The clerk handed over cash and the man took off on a silver bicycle.
Detectives identified the suspect as James Wesley Graham and learned that he had been released from state prison less than 24 hours before the robbery. Graham was brought back into custody Tuesday and charged with armed robbery of a business.
