Man Sends Pornographic Videos To 14-Year-Old Girl: Police
Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested a 47-year-old man in a sting operation. He thought he was talking to a child, said police.
SUN CITY CENTER, FL — A Wimauma man was arrested by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on Thursday for inappropriately communicating with a person he believed was a 14-year-old girl, authorities said.
On April 4, 2020, a decoy social media account was created by Waitlist, Inc. to depict a 14-year-old girl, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
The non-profit works to identify individuals using the internet to sexually exploit minors. Frank Ochoa, Jr., 47, initiated a conversation with the decoy. On June 24, 2020, Waitlist Inc. contacted the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office since the suspect lived in the area.

From there, a detective took over the virtual conversation that had transitioned to text messaging. Police said that Ochoa sent 10 pornographic videos, including videos of girls losing their virginity. On multiple occasions, the decoy made clear that Ochoa was communicating with a 14-year-old girl.
Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office pulled 47-year-old Frank Ochoa, Jr. over in the Sun City Center area on Thursday morning, and during the stop, authorities called the phone he used to talk to the decoy.

Ochoa confessed to the crime, said authorities.
Police said he is charged with:
- Unlawful use of two way communications device
- Use of computer services or devices to solicit certain illegal acts
- Transmission of harmful material to minor
- Driving with license canceled, suspended or revoked
