Medical Offices, Rental Space Shape Up at Oakfield, Lakewood Drives

Construction has gone vertical on a building at the corner of Oakfield and Lakewood drives in Brandon, which by the end of August is slated to house medical offices, according to the property's agent.

About half of the building's 18,600 square feet will be home to Bay Area Infectious Diseases Associates, according to the agent, Jack Brubaker of Andretta Marsh Properties, a Tampa real estate brokerage and investment company.
“They will occupy half of the new building and plan to lease or sell the remaining square footage,” Brubaker said.

The new offices represent an expansion for Bay Area Infectious Diseases Associates,which has Brandon offices at 605 Medical Care Drive, behind the Lifestyle Family Fitness building on South Kings Avenue.
The new building will be owned by PVK LLC., a company founded by doctors Jose Prieto, Enid Klauber and Jose Vasquez. All three work for Bay Area Infectious Diseases Associates.
Bay Area Infectious Disease Associates is a specialist medical company that takes care of a large variety of infectious diseases processes.
