Motorcyclist Killed In Causeway Boulevard Crash
The accident happened Thursday evening near Darlington Drive.

A 23-year-old Tampa man is dead following a Thursday evening crash on Causeway Boulevard.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 2015 Toyota Corolla driven by Nadine Williams, 59, of Tampa was heading west on Causeway Boulevard around 7:30 p.m. Williams was east of Darlington Drive, in the left turn lane.
At that time, Jonathan Davila of Tampa was heading east on Causeway Boulevard on a Suzuki motorcycle. He was west of Darlington Drive in the right lane. Troopers say Williams began to turn left onto Darlington Drive when she crossed into Davila’s path.

Davila’s motorcycle struck the passenger side of Williams’ Corolla, a highway patrol report said. Davila died at the scene.
Williams suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Charges in the crash are pending the outcome of the highway patrol’s investigation.
