Police: Army Recruiters Accused of Sex with a Girl, 17

The girl's mother contacted police when she heard about the encounters. The men face unlawful sex with a minor charges, according to police.

Two army recruiters have been charged with unlawful sex with a minor after allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old girl while recruiting at her high school, according to The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

Christopher Doner, 30, and John Back, 33, met the girl at Harmony High School which is in the Kissimmee area where they recruit. The girl’s mother contacted police when she heard about the sexual relationships both men had with her daughter, the sheriff’s office said.

The 17-year-old told police that she had been sexually active at different times with both men for several months.

Doner has been arrested and charged with 10 counts of unlawful sex with a minor. He cooperated completely and told police that he knew the relationship was inappropriate, according the the sheriff’s office. His bail has been set to $20,000, according to the Associated Press.

Back is still wanted and faces two counts of the same charge, the sheriff’s office said. Police believe he is in Michigan and are working with law enforcement officers there.
