How long have you lived in the area? We have lived in the Brandon area about 19 years
What do you love about living and working in our town? We love living and working in Brandon because we consider it home. Brandon is a town that supports small business and is to us is like a large family.
What do you wish everyone who came into your shop knew about you? We want our customers to trust us as we believe complete honesty is a must in any successful business. That we have built our business around the idea of constantly improving the way we operate to better serve our customers.
Tell us a quick story about a time you provided awesome customer service: This one is tough. We don’t have any one particular story about a time we have provided awesome customer service because it is our goal and mission to provide our customers with the most outstanding customer service experience possible all the time. We have “saved the day” on many occasions, preventing fires, because of improper wiring or loose connections that our customers didn’t even know about. We do believe it is very important to give back to your community as well.
