How long have you lived in the area? 1987

What do you love about living and working in our town? Small town feel with larger city amenities. Great Chamber of Commerce. Good network of locally owned and operated businesses.

What do you wish everyone who came into your shop knew about: We offer cooking classes and carry a wide array of cookware, cutlery, and gadgets, but that our staff is knowledgeable in the products we carry.  We train our staff to ensure that they are able to provide the customers with information and attention that they may not receive elsewhere. We are their “Culinary Resource”.

Tell us a quick story about a time you provided awesome customer service: Delivering a Coffee Center Christmas Week to a customer's house and spending an hour to set it up and train her on the use of it for her party.

A customer out in California always used to shop at a store similar to ours.  The store closed and we kindly shipped out the hard to find item she was looking for. We do our best to find products and services for our guests with other local businesses, making sure they have what they need regardless if they purchase it from us. It is all about the lifetime of service.
