Resident Feedback Requested For New Sun City Fire Station Project
Hillsborough County officials request to hear opinions from locals about a new fire station that is soon to serve Sun City Center.
SUN CITY CENTER, FL — Hillsborough County government officials want to hear from local residents about the location of a new fire station planned to serve the residents of the southern portion of the county.
Starting Oct. 26, residents and commercial property owners will have information available to them about the exact location being considered. Residents can also view site maps, participate in the virtual public engagement and provide feedback on land acquisition proposal.
The information will be provided online by the Hillsborough County Community Engagement Hub.

The county’s master plan calls for more than 20 new fire stations in the coming decade in order to continue providing quality service to residents, officials said.
Public comments for this project closes on Nov. 9 at 11:59 p.m., according to the county government.
