Long before tomato sauce was a staple on pizza, potatoes were a common ingredient in pies. Now Grimaldi's Coal Brick Oven Pizzeria is paying homage to the historic recipes of the 16th & 17th century with its Rosemary Potato specialty pizza, available from April 1 – 30. The pie is a twist on Grimaldi's classic white pizza topped with thinly sliced red potato and sprinkled with rosemary and gorgonzola. Stop by Grimaldi's for truly authentic pizza.
