A 22-year-old Seffner man is dead following a single-car crash on southbound U.S. 301 Tuesday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the man lost control of his 2008 PT Cruiser around 3:25 a.m. Troopers say the vehicle went off the road, traveled back onto it and then rotated. The vehicle overturned several times, as well, ejecting its driver, a highway patrol report said.
The man, who has not yet been identified, was taken to Tampa General Hospital where he later died.
