Drivers who used the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway's reversible lanes to get around might want to take note of the schedule for Monday's Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.According to the Florida Department of Transportation, the express lanes will operate westbound starting at their normal time of 6 a.m. on Monday.
