Man Sought In Brandon Stabbing Arrested

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man accused of stabbing one person, cutting another and then fleeing the scene.

According to the sheriff's office, on April 4 at 2:45 p.m., Erick Josue Santiago, 34,  got into a fight  with two people and stabbed one person multiple times with a large knife.

BRANDON, FL — The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office along with the Pasco Sheriff's Office arrested a man accused of stabbing one person, cutting another and then fleeing the scene in a stolen car.

According to the sheriff's office, on April 4 at 2:45 p.m., Erick Josue Santiago, 34, got into a fight with two people and stabbed one person multiple times with a large knife. Deputies said he then cut a second person with the knife and drove away west on Lumsden Road in the victim's 2000 Toyota Camry.

Santiage was arrested without incident in Zephyrhills. He is facing several charges in connection with this incident.
