MANGO, FL -- A 36-year-old Thonotosassa motorcyclist has died following an early-morning accident at U.S. 92 and Carmack Road.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 6:14 a.m. Friday, March 15, Tommy Lee Hill was riding his Kawasaki motorcycle east on U.S. 92 west of Carmack Road at a high rate of speed, attempting to overtake vehicles, when he collided with a westbound car driven by Fernando Castellanos Cendales, 40, of Lakeland.

Hill died at the scene when he was ejected from the motorcycle. Cendales was not injured.
