You are invited to join us for the 16-Day Total Body Recharge Challenge which will get you in shape and encourage and support your goals.

Join us on February 13, 2016 for this on-line program. Your program will include three Saturdays of exercise – the right way – and 14 days of detoxing/cleansing your body. Your cleanse involves eating plenty of food, but the right food. This will detoxify your liver and teach you what your food sensitivities may be. You will also learn how you can maximize your fitness goals while you are detoxing with a 30-minute workout routine.
