Valrico Shopping Center Sold For $14.7 Million
Retail Value Inc. announced that it has sold Brandon Boulevard Shoppes in Valrico for $14.7 million.
BRANDON, FL -- Retail Value Inc. announced that it has sold Brandon Boulevard Shoppes in Valrico for $14.7 million.
The deal closed on Aug. 29. Retail Value did not identify the buyer of Brandon Boulevard Shoppes. The 89,402-square-foot center at 1930 E. Brandon Blvd. at Valrico Road is anchored by a Dollar Tree and an LA Fitness.
