Both transactions were declined, authorities said.
"Through our investigation, we believe this was a targeted attack," said Sheriff Chad Chronister. "Based on their demands, the suspects seem to be after prescription medication. We are relieved the victim was unharmed, but we will not let these suspects get away with this crime."
Police described the first suspect as a tall and thin white man who wore a light blue and black mask with a black T-shirt, tight black pants with a white pin stripe running down each pant leg, black sneakers and plastic gloves.
Deputies described the second suspect as a white man with an average build who wore a black mask, black long sleeve shirt, long black shorts, black socks and white sneakers with black laces.
Anyone who believes they may have been a victim or recognizes these suspects is urged to contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at (813) 247-8200.
