Woman Rescued During Seffner House Fire
A Seffner resident had to be pulled through a window of her home by firefighters when her house caught fire at 10:50 p.m. Monday, March 11.
SEFFNER, FL -- A Seffner resident had to be pulled through a window of her home by firefighters when her house caught fire at 10:50 p.m. Monday, March 11.
Hillsborough County Fire Rescue crews responded to a house fire in the 2600 block of Giant Place in the Seffner area after a neighbor reported smoke coming from the garage. Upon arrival, bystanders told firefighters there was someone still inside the home. Firefighters had to remove the resident through a window. She was then transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
It took crews around 15 minutes to extinguish the blaze. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
