The School Board had to hire an outside consultant to evaluate their school bus system because they didn’t consider their own staff qualified to do the evaluation in house, so taxpayers get to pay twice- you pay the salary of the unqualified staff and then you pay for the outside consultant. The superintendent even wanted to lead the outside consultant around by the nose. And
then the school district General Manager of Transportation resigns just before
the report is due. Hmmm. You get the picture.
