TAMPA, FL — Florida Retail Partners, an X Team partner has turned around the once struggling Kingsway Plaza, a 78,000 square foot retail center in Brandon, FL. Since being assigned leasing responsibilities for the retail center in 2011 Florida Retail Partners has brokered 10 deals totaling 65,000 square feet bringing the center to 100% occupancy. The deals were brokered by Pattie DeWitt of Florida Retail Partners representing the Landlord. “This is great news for the community,” according to DeWitt. “The center now has an anchor tenant, Dollar Tree, and is a vibrant part of the community. When we assumed the leasing the center had no anchor tenant and was at best 65% occupied.”
