19-Year-Old Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Dale Mabry Wreck
The Florida Highway Patrol says the Tampa woman was ejected from her bike.

A Tuesday evening crash along Dale Mabry Highway at Idlewild Avenue remains under investigation with one driver critically injured.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 7:24 p.m. Tuesday as a Toyota SUV driven by Gladys Flores, 65, was heading north on Dale Mabry. A motorcycle driven by a 19-year-old girl was heading south in the outside lane at the same time. The Toyota attempted a left turn onto Idlewild Avenue and crossed into the path of the motorcycle.
The two vehicles collided in the southbound lanes, a highway patrol media release said.

The motorcycle’s rider was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in critical condition.
The accident remains under investigation, and charges are pending. The motorcyclist’s name has not yet been released by Troopers.
