2 Women Die Following Crash On Dale Mabry Highway

CARROLLWOOD, FL — Two Tampa women, ages 23 and 24, died following a crash on Dale Mabry Highway south of Gunn Highway Tuesday.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, around 3 a.m., the 24-year-old was driving an SUV south on Dale Mabry Highway and the 23-year-old was driving a car north on Dale Mabry when the SUV veered into the northbound lanes and collided with the car.

Both drivers died at the scene.
