All-Female Comedy Show Coming to Cultural Center

The show is on Nov. 18

The Carrollwood Cultural Center will host an all-female comedy show titled “Girls’ Night Out” on Friday, November 18 at 8 p.m. featuring comedians Trish Keating, Catherine Maloney and Susan Saiger.

"All three are truly funny as they talk about themselves, lives, family and friends," said Adrienne Hutelmyer, marketing and community relations director at the Center.

“Girls’ Night Out” will mark the first comedy show at the Carrollwood Cultural Center.

Headliner Trish Keating began her career performing daily at Universal Studios and then moved to Chicago to work with the legendary Del Close at Second City, and continued to hone her improv at The Annoyance and The Improv Olympic. Appearances in various film and television productions followed including E.R., Return to Me, Chicago Hope, and Early Edition.  

She has appeared with such talents as Kathleen Madigan, Wanda Sykes, Wendy Liebman, Judy Tenuta, DL Hughley, Diane Ford, Roz G., Alonzo Bodden, Richard Lewis, George Wallace, Caroline Rhea, Robert Schimmel, Jeff Dunham, Jimmy Schubert, Gary Owen, Rhonda Shear, Ricky Smiley and Victoria Jackson.

Like Keating, featured comedians Catherine Maloney and Susan Saiger are no strangers to the stage.  

Maloney has been seen at the Laughing Skull Comedy Festivals, the Tampa Improv and at clubs and theatres throughout Florida and the Southeast. Saiger is best known for her role as Doris the Dominatrix in the cult comedy film Eating Raoul. She was a regular improv player in the LA comedy club scene before taking an 18-year hiatus to raise a family. She is a member of the Funny Divas, an all woman stand up show that performs all around Florida.  

Advanced tickets to “Girls’ Night Out” are $8 for members and $10 for non-members.  Tickets on the day of the show are $10 for members, $12 for non-members.
