TWO MEN AND A TRUCK of Tampa adds secondary office to handle business growth

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® of Tampa has expanded its coverage area with the opening of a secondary office located at 1101 N. Howard Ave. in Tampa. The new office, owned and operated by longtime franchisees, Jeff Knowles, Larry Knowles and Ryan Knowles, opened earlier this month and will serve the South Tampa region.

The opening of the secondary office was necessitated with the franchise’s substantial business growth over the past year. Through May, the Tampa franchise has experienced 11 percent year-to-date business growth over 2011, which has prompted the location to purchase three new trucks and hire 20 new employees.

“As a result of the commitment and professionalism of our movers and customer service staff, we’ve seen a significant uptick in the number of both home and business moves from last year,” said Jeff Knowles. “Given that growth, we are confident that now is the appropriate time to open a secondary office to provide exceptional moving services to a larger part of the region.”

In addition to moving and packing services for local and interstate moves, the new office will provide customers with a variety of boxes and various packing materials.

“Our customer satisfaction numbers are extremely high, which means much of our business growth can be attributed to referrals,” Knowles continued. “Additionally, ongoing efforts supporting local residents in crisis, through programs such as Movers for Moms®, which seeks to help women in domestic abuse and homeless shelters, demonstrate our dedication to the communities we serve.”
