Patch: What are the crowd favorites on the menu?

Kranich: The eggs benedict and the crème brulee French toast.

Patch: Do have a menu favorite?

Kranich: The Huevos Acacado.

Patch: How do you like your eggs?

Kranich: Over medium or scrambled egg whites.

Patch: I love having breakfast for dinner, since it reminds me of when I was a kid. Any plans for J. Christopher's to be open for dinner?

Kranich: Not a chance! As a restaurant owner, I have my hands full managing lots of details, so I need those evenings to keep things running smoothly.

Patch: So is multitasking the biggest challenge in owning a restaurant?

Kranich: Definitely. On any given day, I could be the cook and managing a full staff.
