All Flour is Not Created Equal

This week's sweet tip:

Yes, there is a difference between cake, whole wheat, unbleached and all purpose flour.

If your recipe calls for one over the other be true to the recipe. Use the one the recipe calls for. 

When measuring your flour, do not pound down the measurement. Measure the required measurement and level it off as it is.
