Senior Safe Defense Classes
If you are over 55 and looking for an easy to learn self defense program come and take a 13 week program to give you good basic skills to help protect yourself.
This will be a 13 week program taught twice per week. A hand to hand assault scenario taught on Tuesday and a weapon assault scenario taught on Thursday. A total of 21 combatives repeated over and over each week to that muscle memory will allow you to do these techniques easily by the end of the program. These techniques will be done most of the time with a partner without contact and with minimal resistance training.
