Carrollwood County Club Struck By Vandals
Two teenagers are being sought in connection with the crime that caused nearly $3,000 in damage.
CARROLLWOOD, FL — The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help identifying two teenage boys it believes are responsible for damaging equipment at the Carrollwood County Club.
According to the agency, the crime occurred between 5 p.m. April 19 and 5:45 a.m. April 20. During that timeframe, the two boys are accused of entering the maintenance facility grounds at the 14051 North Village Drive club.
The teens, an email from the sheriff’s office said, proceeded to damage two John Deere Gators, one EZ GO golf cart and a Toro Sweeper. All told, they left an estimated $2,900 damage in their wake.

Deputies ask that anyone who recognizes the two boys, estimated to be between 16 and 18 years old, call them at 813-247-8200. Tips may also be called in to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-8477, provided anonymous online at www.crimestopperstb.com or submitted using the P3 Tips app. Those who call Crime Stoppers may be eligible for a cash reward.
