Century Bank Robbed, Suspect Remains At Large
The West Fletcher Avenue bank was robbed March 4 just before 10 a.m.
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for help in catching a man they say robbed Century Bank, 716 W. Fletcher Ave., just before 10 a.m. Monday, March 4.
Deputies say a man entered the bank at 9:52 a.m., approached a teller and handed over a demand note. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the man fled the bank in a silver sedan, a sheriff’s office media release sates.
The suspect is described as a black man between 5 feet, 8 inches and 6 feet in height. He was last seen wearing a dark windbreaker, jeans, a dark-colored baseball cap and dark shoes.
