Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies are looking for help in catching a man they say robbed Century Bank, 716 W. Fletcher Ave., just before 10 a.m. Monday, March 4. Deputies say a man entered the bank at 9:52 a.m., approached a teller and handed over a demand note. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the man fled the bank in a silver sedan, a sheriff's office media release sates. The suspect is described as a black man between 5 feet, 8 inches and 6 feet in height. He was last seen wearing a dark windbreaker, jeans, a dark-colored baseball cap and dark shoes. Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call the sheriff's office at 813-247-8200. Those wishing to be eligible for a cash reward can also call in tips to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477).
