Deputies Investigate Attempted Armed Robbery, Armed Robbery
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is investigating an attempted armed robbery and a successful armed robbery in the Carrollwood area.
CARROLLWOOD, FL -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is investigating an attempted armed robbery and a successful armed robbery in the Carrollwood area Wednesday, Oct. 3.
The attempted armed robbery occurred at the Wawa at 15524 N. Dale Mabry Highway at 1:30 a.m. followed by another armed robbery at the Circle K at 5299 Erlich Road, Tampa, at 1:40 a.m.
Investigators believe the crimes are connected.
