Developer Hosting Open House on Redevelopment Project
The open house will be held tonight

A Tampa development company called Brightwork is hosting an "informational open house" from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today to discuss a pending request with Hillsborough County to "modify the previously approved planned development zoning for its Hudson Market Redevelopment project" at 3811 Floyd Road, according to an attached PDF about the project.
The open house will be held at Carrollwood Recreation District, 3515 McFarland Road.
The property is currently zoned for 42,000 square feet of commercial use and 37 residential dwelling units, according to the PDF.

The proposed modification to the current zoning eliminates the residential units, and the 42,000 square feet of office and general commercial uses would be replaced with 47,300 square feet of retail commercial uses, the PDF says.
The Hudson Market Redevelopment includes a grocery store (Walmart Neighborhood Market) and a WaWa convenience store, the PDF says.
