Tampa's original Dr. Horrible shadow cast, the Crazy Random Happenstance, is proud to present the Third genderbender production of Dr. Horrible!
You might be asking yourself, "Genderbender, what's that?" Well, it's simple: Boys will be girls and girls will be boys. However, this is not a drag show (although if you want to dress in drag we won't stop you). Instead there will be genderswapped roles. Dr. Horrible = Nurse Terrible. Captain Hammer = Lady Anvil. Moist = Wet T Shirt. Yeaaaah!
For those of you who have never seen a shadowcast before, we're like Rocky Horror Picture Show. The movie is played on the screen while live actors perform the entire movie in front of the audience.
That being said- This show is not intended for children! Much like Rocky Horror Picture Show, this show contains adult content mostly due to audience participation. Consider this an R rated show. During this show we ENCOURAGE you to sing-along and shout whatever Crazy Random thing Happens to come to mind. Don't know what to say? We can provide some suggestions via a free audience participation script.
The show is going to be held at the Tampa Pitcher Show which means that there will be a FULL LIQUOR BAR with a FULL MENU accompanied by a FULL WAITSTAFF!
Doors open at 11:30 and tickets are only $7. SPREAD THE WORD, TELL YOUR FRIENDS and come out to be a part of the first ever theme night hosted by the Crazy Random Happenstance!
