The festivities begin at 6 PM with a Parade & Dog Costume contest, followed a 7 pm Kids Costume Contest. From 7 to 9 PM there will be a Concert in the Park with Live Music) and a Kids Halloween Dance. Come watch the little ones on a fun Friday night and enjoy the outdoor concert!
