Tampa-Raised Author Jay Michaelson to Discuss Book “God vs. Gay? – The Religious Case for Equality”

The event is open to the entire Tampa community.  A book signing and dessert reception will follow his book discussion.

Michaelson is a leading activist on behalf of gay and lesbian Jews.  The author of four books and over 200 articles, he has been featured in The New York Times, NPR and CNN and has taught at Yale and Boston University.  Founder of Zeek and Nehirim, columnist for the Huffington Post, Jay was included on the “Forward 50” list of the most influential Jewish leaders in America.
