Fire Destroys Northdale Home

NORTHDALE, FL — No one was injured but a two-story house in Northdale was destroyed when a fire ripped through it Friday.

Hillsborough County Fire Rescue received a call around 5:30 and arrived to find the home in the 16000 block of Hutchison Road fully involved.

Due to the heavy flames, a second alarm was struck. It took fire crews about 45 minutes to extinguish the blaze.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
