Hillsborough Deputies: What's That White Powder Under Your Nose?
Deputies swabbed and tested the powder on his upper lip and, sure enough, it came back positive for cocaine.
CITRUS PARK, FL -- When Hillsborough County District III deputies Eneida Rossi and Abigail Bieber pulled over a vehicle Monday for a routine traffic stop, they found a passenger with a familiar white powder beneath his nose.
Fabricio Tueros Jimenez, 20, of New Port Richey insisted that the white powder wasn't his.
But the deputies swabbed and tested the powder on his upper lip and, sure enough, it came back positive for cocaine.
