LEC Offering Tai Chi, Painting Classes

The Life Enrichment Center, 9704 N. Boulevard in Forest Hills, has rolled out their January calendar of classes.

• G.I.F.T., or Get Into Fitness Today; Jan. 5-Feb. 9 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m.; Cost is $24 for members of the LEC or $30 for non-members.
• Joy of Painting; Jan. 13-Feb. 17 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.; Cost is $75 for members or $90 for non-members.
• Tai Chi; Jan. 9-Feb. 13 from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. for beginners and 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. for intermediate. Cost is $60.
• Low Impact Exercise; starts Jan. 3 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Cost is $36 per month.
