Low Impact Aerobics Class Offered at LEC

The Life Enrichment Center is registering now for its Low Impact Exercise class. 

This class incorporates moderate levels of cardiovascular conditioning, balance, flexibility and strengthening segments. Under the direction of Lynn Donofrio, a certified aerobic instructor and personal trainer, participants will be coached through a 60 minute total fitness experience. 

The class is open to participants at all levels, and students can work at their own pace.

This class meets twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  The next class will begin on August 2.

Students must pre-register prior to the first of the month. Cost for the classes is $36 per month. Classes are held at the Life Enrichment Center, 9704 N. Boulevard.
