Motorcyclist Killed On Chapman Road
A 72-year-old Tampa man was killed during an accident Sunday, June 17 at U.S. 41 and Chapman Road.

CARROLLWOOD, FL – A 72-year-old Tampa man was killed during an accident Sunday, June 17 at U.S. 41 and Chapman Road.
The Florida Highway Patrol said Graham Howell, 72, of Tampa was stopped at a stop sign on Chapman Road at the intersection of U.S. 41 on his 2007 Yamaha motorcycle at 11:14 a.m.
Brian Hohman, 41, of Lutz was traveling south on U.S. 41, approaching the intersection of Chapman Road when Howell entered the path of his 2018 Chevrolet Traverse.

The motorcycle hit the passenger side of the Traverse and flipped over. Howell was thrown from the motorcycle. He later died of his injuries at the hospital.
